Domaine du Mas Naut at St.Cyprien-sur-Dourdou stretches over more than a hectare of nature. The estate is located some 10 km from the historic and picturesque Conques-en-Rouergue a beautiful, picturesque medieval village belonging to "Les plus beaux Villages de France".
The estate is located on a hill with breathtaking panoramic views that extend to the "Plateau de L'Aubrac" ( Massif Central). You will enjoy peace and privacy surrounded by hills and meadows.
Moreover, you are in one of the most unspoilt French regions, the Aveyron department, the "Tuscany of France", which guarantees you complete rest or offers numerous possibilities for sporting activities or tourist excursions.
This "Mas", a former Occitan farmhouse has been thoroughly renovated over the years and converted into gîtes, Chambre d'hôtes, a function room and barn for festive activities such as weddings, birthdays, baptisms, seminars etc.
Relax outside in the large garden where a BBQ enhances the summer atmosphere and in the large heated outdoor pool (11m x 4m). The Domaine du Mas Naut also offers relaxation in its Jacuzzi with stunning views and massage service.
To ensure peace, tranquillity and maximum relaxation, no children -10 years are allowed during the period from 15 April to 30 September.
Inside the gîtes, the open living spaces provide a unique atmosphere. In winter, the log fire in the large open fireplace enhances this warm cozy atmosphere.

Who are we?
Gunter and I both come from an art education background and wanted to change tack after all these years. As professional musicians we were looking for the warm atmosphere of France, a country where we regularly and gladly spent time travelling or were professionally active as musicians.
In addition, we felt that our 3 sons were at an age where they could continue and study independently and they too were excited about the concept and felt that we should step into this new chapter of our life.
In the summer of 2019 we toured around France looking for characterful gites and Chambres d'hotes. When we arrived in the Midi-Pyrenees region, we discovered a landscape that we had never seen before and we were enormously impressed by its beauty. When we also saw the beauty of the typical local red sandstone ("les rougiers") with which the houses are built, and we were both sold.
All the buildings in the "Domaine du Mas Naut" are built with these beautiful stones, as well as the floor tiles in the main house (Chambre d'hôtes), which exude a distinct, warm atmosphere.
The peace and tranquility of our domain is an absolute asset that we want everyone to enjoy.
We have not regretted for a second that we made this turnaround in our lives and still enjoy it every day!
